Your commitment depends on your membership, but there are plenty of fun ways to get involved! Join the Board, help at regattas, or pitch in with everyday tasks like dock maintenance or laundry. It’s a great way to make friends, learn more about rowing, and keep the club running smoothly. Not sure where to start? Our communications director can help!
Fundraising
Bingos and casinos are our biggest fundraisers, bringing in over $125,000 to support coaching, facilities, and equipment. We host about 15 bingos a year at Parkway Bingo Hall and a casino every other year. Since workers must be 18+, we rely on parents and members to step up and help! Annual membership fees for 2025/2026 effective April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 are listed below. These rates apply to membership, Learn-to-Row, Come Try, Learn-to-Train, and other programs.

New for 2025/2026 Season
Each member is now asked to contribute five (5) hours toward actively recruiting new members. These five hours will contribute to your volunteer commitment. This effort will support the growth of our club and help expand the services our members value
Regatta Trailering Costs
Trailering costs are now included in membership fees.
- Competitive Members & Juniors: Trailering will be covered for Regina Sprints, Alberta Open, Head of the South Saskatchewan, and Dino Sprints.
- Sport Members: Trailering will be covered for Alberta Open and Dino Sprints.

Instalment Plans
Annual Membership: 20% of membership fee plus RCA/ARA fee due on purchase date. 20% of membership due on the first of each month, starting May 1. All memberships must be paid in full at August 1.
Post-Secondary Seasonal Subscriptions: RCA/ARA fee due on purchase date. 25% of membership due on the first of each month, starting May 1. All memberships must be paid in full at August 1.
Bingo security deposit: $110 (one bingo deposit) is paid at registration date. Additional payments of $110 will be charged on the 15th of each month until the full deposit is paid.
Please refer to the chart below for the full breakdown of fees. RCA/ARA fees are added on top of ERC Club Membership and program fees. RCA/ARA fees have not yet been released for 2025.
